As the Junior Varsity Drill Team at Sunset, The Bison Belles' purpose is threefold:

1. To serve as a performing group representing Dallas ISD and Sunset High School throughout our local community, city & state.

2. To boost the morale and spirit of the high school campus.

3. To develop character, leadership, self-discipline, sportsmanship and individual responsibility in each member.

The Bison Belles participate on a multitude of performances throughout the year.  Those performances include JV and Varsity football games, basketball games, community parades, competition, and annual dance shows.​

The Bison Belles are currently under the direction of Ashley Armstrong and Fernando Rocha.
